Planning an outdoor event? Don't let toilet queues spoil it. At festivals, shows and busy outdoor gatherings, standard cubicles alone often can't keep up, and long waits quickly turn a great day into a frustrating one.
The simple fix is portable urinal hire for men. At K & S Toilets, you can rent portable urinals for your event and we take care of the rest. Urinals are quick to use, so they help keep queues moving and leave your cubicles free for those who need them. For bigger crowds, our four-man urinal lets several men use the facility at once.
In this guide, we explain why renting portable male urinals makes sense, which events they suit, how many to rent and how to position them. We also show how K & S Toilets can make the whole process easy.
What Is Portable Urinal Hire for Men?
Portable urinal hire means you rent freestanding urinal units for the length of your event. We deliver them to your site, you use them for as long as you need, and we collect them afterwards. There is nothing to buy, store or dispose of, so you only pay for the time you need them. We rent our urinals out and do not sell them.
Portable male urinals work best alongside standard portable toilet cubicles. Cubicles give privacy and suit longer visits, while urinals take care of quick, frequent use. Renting both together is how many organisers keep large crowds comfortable.
5 Benefits of Renting Portable Urinals from K & S Toilets
1. Shorter Queues, Happier Visitors
Every extra urinal gives men another quick option, which takes pressure off your cubicles and helps cut waiting times at busy moments such as the interval or the end of a race.
2. More Toilet Capacity Without the Hassle
Renting urinals adds capacity to your site fast. Combined with our portable event toilets and easy access toilets, you can build a complete, well-balanced set-up.
3. Ideal for Festivals, Shows and Outdoor Gatherings
Our urinals suit festivals, concerts, sporting events, agricultural shows, beer festivals and large private parties, anywhere crowds gather outdoors.
4. Easy to Plan and Easy to Book
We deliver and collect, so you can focus on running your event. Talk to us early and we will help you sort numbers, positioning and access before the big day.
5. Flexible Short-Term and Long-Term Rental
Need urinals for one afternoon or for several weeks? We offer both short-term and long-term rental, so you only rent what you need. Contact us with your dates and we will tailor the hire to your event.
Four-Man Urinal Hire: Built for Busy Events
Our four-man urinal is a single unit with four urinal positions, so up to four men can use it at the same time. It is a smart, space-saving way to add serious capacity where visitor numbers are high.
It works especially well at festivals, concerts, sporting fixtures, agricultural shows and beer festivals, where demand arrives in sudden bursts. Rent a four-man urinal and you can keep lines moving when it matters most.
Before you book, think about site access, where the unit will stand and how many men you expect at peak times. We are happy to talk it through with you. See the full details on our urinals page.
Events We Supply Portable Urinals For
Festivals and outdoor concerts: extra urinals help manage the rush between acts.
Sporting events and agricultural shows: plan for peak times like half-time, breaks and the end of competitions.
Beer festivals and large outdoor parties: where drinks are flowing, toilet visits are more frequent, so allow for higher demand.
Rural events across Mid Wales: we know the area well, including ground conditions and delivery access at outdoor venues. We also deliver to Welshpool, Brecon, Kington and the surrounding areas.
How Many Portable Urinals Should You Rent?
The right number depends on expected attendance, how long your event runs, when demand peaks, how many men will attend and what standard toilets you already have. Give us these details and K & S Toilets will help you choose the right number of units, so you don't over-order or fall short.
